FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
 
 
Payment Methods:
Spirit Station accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, checks, and money orders. If paying by check, your order will not be shipped until your check has cleared with our bank. To pay with check or money orders, please email customerservice@thespiritstation.net and request a copy of our printable order form.
 
Order Cancellations:
Since a lot of our merchandise is customized for your order, we cannot cancel processed orders once they are in production or shipped. If the order is cancelled before production, you will be charged 25% processing / re-stocking fee.
 
 
Changing an Existing Order:
Sprit Station will do everything possible to ensure your merchandise is correct. We can make changes up until the point of production, which in most cases is the same day the order is placed. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any changes can be made. No refunds or exchanges will be made if the order is placed incorrectly by the customer.
 
 
Production Times:
The following production times begin on the next working day after an order is accepted (see Order Acceptance). These times do not include shipping times (see Shipping Rates). These times are the number of business / working days and do not include holidays or weekends.

IF YOU ORDER OTHER MERCHANDISE THAT TAKES LONGER TO SHIP - WE WAIT TO SHIP YOUR ORDER TOGETHER, SO YOU MIGHT WANT TO MAKE MORE THAN ONE ORDER IF YOU NEED CERTAIN ITEMS SOONER. 

10 - 15  business days: Clothing (including shirts, hats, shorts, pants, flip-flops), paddles, and miscellaneous gifts (including picture frames, license plates, buttons, mousepads, etc.)
 
10 - 15 business days: Engraved items (including jewelry, flasks, business card holders, gavels, etc.) and metal art.
 
15 - 20 business days: Printed glass products (including souvenirs glasses).
 
If you need an order rushed, please call to see if we are able to get the items to you.
 
 
Returns & Exchanges:
Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. This includes engraved and embroidered items.
 
Incorrect orders and defective items are only replaced if Spirit Station is at fault. Refunds and exchanges will not be made for mistakes due to ordering, incorrect artwork, wrong size, or other customer mistakes. Notify Spirit Station within 7 calander days of reciept of incorrect orders. We will be unable to correct items that are not brought to our attention within 7 calandar days of reciept. Only then will Spirit Station send corrected merchandise.
 
Non-custom orders can be returned or exchanged. Return shipping must be pre-paid by the customer. CODs are not accepted. Spirit Station must recieve the returns within 10 calandar days of your receipt of the items. A copy of your packing list must be included.
 
Please notify Spirit Station of returns prior to returning them. This just ensures that Spirit Station will accept the return. If Spirit Station recieves a non-returnable item, we will return the item back to the customer and the customer will be charged for return shipping and handling costs.
 
 
 
Order Acceptance:
The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. The email order confirmation confirms that our system has received your order. We reserve the right to correct any rare pricing errors or other errors on our website, to limit the order quantity for any item, and to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
 
 
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are based on the total cost of your order. During checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method.) Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
 
The number of days for delivery begins once your order is completed and ready to be shipped, not placed (see Production Times). See production times to determine how long your order will take from the time it is placed.
 
In store pickup is available at no extra charge. You will be notified by Spirit Station via phone, email, or both when your order is ready for pickup. The Spirit Station store is located at 917 Avenue C, Denton, TX 76201.

 Return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer.
Full Satin vs. Zig-Zag Embroidery:
Spirit Station proudly uses full satin tackle twill embroidery. Zig-zag embroidery, offered by many Greek stores, is sub-par in quality and unravels easily.
